★☆☆☆☆ – Extremely Disappointing Experience

This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a hosting provider.

The company informed me that they no longer wanted to continue doing business with me and recommended that I move all of my services to another provider. I respected their decision, migrated my services elsewhere, and configured my servers to terminate automatically at the end of the billing period. I never requested any renewal.

Despite that, my servers were suspended before the end of the paid billing period, even though I still had remaining days that I had already paid for. This unexpected suspension caused service interruption and financial losses.

After our cooperation had already ended, I was shocked to discover that their billing system generated new invoices and repeatedly attempted to charge my payment methods through PayPal.

Even worse, the system attempted to charge more than one payment method that had previously been linked to my account. Every failed attempt resulted in transaction and bank fees on my side, causing me to lose money because of charges that should never have been attempted.

When I contacted support, instead of explaining:
- Why new invoices were generated.
- Why payment attempts continued after the termination.
- Why multiple payment methods were charged.
- Why my servers were suspended before the end of the paid period.

I received an unprofessional response telling me not to forget to mention that they considered me a spammer and had terminated our cooperation.

Whether they decided to terminate our cooperation is not the issue. If they no longer wanted me as a customer, then there should have been no new invoices, no payment attempts, and no charges against my payment methods after our agreement had ended.

What concerns me the most is that payment methods previously linked to my account continued to be used for billing attempts. This has completely destroyed my trust in their billing system, and I no longer feel it is safe to leave any payment method connected to an account with this provider.

I have screenshots of:
- Their messages informing me that they wanted to end our cooperation.
- My invoices generated after that.
- Multiple PayPal payment attempts.
- The transaction fees I lost because of those repeated failed charges.
- Their support responses.

I am sharing my experience exactly as it happened so other customers can make their own informed decision before using this provider.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend NKTelecom.
