Взял на тест UA-0. За свою стоимость (70грн/мес либо 4грн/сутки) довольно неплохое предложение, учитывая, что сервер в UA-IX. Результаты тестов:

Добрый день. Просим обратить внимание, что виртуализация KVM не передает фактическую частоту процессора - а только лишь базовую.

Взял на тест PL-0.
